RETIRED EXECUTIVES AND PROFESSIONALS

Policy Statement RE: Dues

At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Retired Executives and Professionals (“REAP”), duly held on March 13, 2023, at which a quorum was present, the following policy was approved and adopted by a unanimous vote of the directors then present:

Dues paid by incoming new members beginning January First through March Thirty First shall be pro-rated to fifty percent of the full amount. Thereafter, the amount of dues to be paid by an incoming new member shall be the full amount for the year’s membership which shall carry over into the next year as paid in full.

This Policy Statement re Dues shall be deemed to be attached to and made part of Exhibit A to the Bylaws of REAP.
